Why Ritual?
As we enter the cocoon of winter, we wrap a chrysalis around. A sanctuary. A space of transformation.
We gather to tend the inner fire of rest, reflection, and imagination – a space between seasons for composting and renewal.
In a world that rushes to the next beginning, we pause. Chrysalis offers a different rhythm: one that honors stillness, softness, and the secret work of becoming.
Not many give themselves a chance to rest in rhythm with the Earth, to find sustenance in stillness, and to listen for what is ready to emerge…
We will give ourselves this soul gift.
Together, we re-learn the sacred pace of the seasons.
We create sanctuary. We weave ritual.
We welcome the quiet magic of death and rebirth.
A live, online gathering and cozy ceremony, we will keep our flames inside linked to the frost and feathers outside.
This circle doesn’t seal us off from the world; it re-threads us into it.

If you:
…long to return to nature’s rhythms
…want to tend the flame without burning out
…hear a quieter wisdom moving beneath the noise,
Welcome to this space!
A ritual.
A place for remembrance.
A cauldron of quiet transformation.
How we gather
Casting a circle…
We will gather at the digital hearth for a 2-hour live ritual, connection, and learning space – 5 Saturdays in January, from the new year to Imbolc.
Our time may include guided reflection, journaling and creative writing, meditative or movement journeys to Ariana’s live music, time for connection, and prompts for mindfulness and metamorphosis.
You’ll also receive optional practices for between gatherings – including simple outdoor invitations – to keep the thread of our 5-week journey alive and sparkling in your daily life.
What’s Included?
✶ Weekly in-person meetings (including live music meditations, discussion, and creative prompts and practices we’ll do together…)
✶ A Workbook with the contemplations, prompts, practices, and rituals we do in-person, but might also want to repeat… (Printable PDF)
✶ [Bonus] Frost & Feathers: 5 Earth-based mini quests for wilding and wonder in between
✶ Discounted access to The Embodied Dream and one-on-one sessions with Ariana
The Arc of our 5-Week Journey
Week 1
Entering the Cocoon
Weaving our chrysalis around
This threshold marks the shift from outer busyness into inner stillness. We will lay down our burdens (at least for our time together) and intentionally choose what we carry with us into the wild dark.
A time of gathering as we wrap our cloak around.
Meditations: Clearing the slate, courting darkness
Action: Pause
Week 2
Root & Rest
Stepping off the wheel
A ritual to release what has come before into the fire of the old year past, so that we might truly land in this moment. We tend the small flames: embers in the hearth, friendships that sustain.
We come home, humbly bowing to winter’s repose.
Meditations: Simplicity, emptying, release
Action: Reset
Week 3
Dissolving
Into the Void…
Like the leaves decaying to feed earth and roots, we will further compost griefs, habits, assumptions – even our hopes and dreams of the year past – into the fertile void for the metamorphosis to come.
Every rebirth first asks for a death.
Meditations: Surrender, compost, grief as teacher
Action: Letting go
Week 4
Dreaming the Dark
Trusting the imaginal cells
Against the backdrop of winter’s stark wonder, our chrysalis is a cauldron of unseeable transformation bubbling underneath. We invite dreams, visions, and intuitions – trusting the imaginal work happening.
We honor the mystery inside the cocoon.
Meditations: Dreams, imagination, vision, gestation, unseen metamorphosis
Action: Vision
Week 5
Stirring the Embers
Sensing the quickening – Imbolc
We sense the first subtle shifts in the light, a tender newness humming…
Though our wings may not yet be fully formed, and it will be some time before the soil truly softens, we honor Brigid’s fire, the return of milk, the beckoning whispers of spring…
Meditations: Anticipation, trust, emergence without rushing, blessing
Action: Courage
BONUS
Self-Guided
Frost & Feathers
Winter’s Quiet Enchantment
5 Earth-based mini quests of befriending the wonders of winter’s wild – outer excursions to support our inner work
Enveloped by winter’s stark beauty and crystalline clarity, we find delight in what appears barren: the feathery shapes of ice, birds in the trees, sparkling stars, bright defiant rosehips against winter snow…
We find the beauty in the bones.
Meditations: Silence, beauty, joy, warmth, sustenance
Action: Curiosity + Delight

Ariana Saraha is a singer, ritualist, and the creator of Rewilding Wonder – a constellation of offerings that weave music, movement, and earth-based practice. Her work invites a return to deep listening, embodied expression, and reverent relationship with the living world.
Chrysalis is born of her many years’ personal practice of seasonal attunement. While not always easy, her winters are full of magic, insight, and jeweled gifts unavailable any other time of year.
She hopes to share this wondrous, everyday-mysticism with others so they might lead more sparkling, meaningful lives.
“I loved being in this deep, co-created sacred space. I left feeling nourished, seen, and transformed. Highly recommended for inner journeying, greater self-knowledge, and soulful expression.”

FAQ
(Frequently Asked Questions)
Who is this for?
This series is for anyone who has a tiny bit of space in their schedule to make time for a more intentional, mindful entry into the new year.
You do not need to be ‘spiritual’ (see below)
You do not need to consider yourself a ‘creative.’
…You simply have to feel the call to get quiet, to listen deeper, and to court the mystery of your own soul, whispering in the quiet dark…
Bonus, but not required, if you want to connect with nature more, as there will be optional practices for connecting to the wilds around you (yes, even in the city)
And though it should go without saying, we welcome all gender-identities and ancestral lineages.
What is the full schedule?
5 Saturdays | New Year’s to Imbolc
2 hours | 3pm MT
{2pm San Francisco | 5pm New York | 10pm London}
→ time zone converter
Note: We are fortunate that this year’s cycle is almost exactly from full moon to full moon – this allows a beautiful container for our arc through the cycle of clearing, dissolving, and rebirthing…
Call 1: Saturday, January 3
Call 2: Saturday, January 10
Call 3: Saturday, January 17
Call 4: Saturday, January 24
Call 5: Saturday, January 31
Between calls, you can take time for the suggested practices on your own schedule. Most of these will be practices of spaciousness – quiet, observation, contemplation – so they may feel less like doing and more like resting.

Acknowledgement: The timing of our calls favors participants in Europe and the Americas. I hope our international community will understand the challenges of time-zone inclusivity.
How will I access the live calls?
All our calls are held via Zoom. Within a couple days of registering, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions and call information. Please add mail(at)rewildingwonder(dot)com to ensure you receive this and all course-related emails.
Will the calls be recorded?
The heart of this journey is a live, experiential gathering, so it is ideal if you can join in person. However, we understand that life sometimes doesn’t abide by our ‘plans,’ so if you have to miss a session, there will be a replay.
However, in the interest of privacy and to maintain the sacredness of our ritual space, recordings will only be available for a short time (1-2 weeks) after each meeting, and only for anyone who missed the in-person call.
Is this a specific spiritual practice?
No. When we say ‘ritual,’ we simply mean an act of intentionally creating a container – with a beginning, middle, and end – for presence and transformation.
All our rituals are earth- and human-based, are adaptable to different ancestries and lineages, and don’t rely on specific dogmas or deities. We welcome all faiths, and welcome you to develop your own relationships with any of the practices we do.
And to be clear: you don’t even have to be ‘spiritual’ to do rituals that touch on universal themes such as:
…befriending the season
…expressing gratitude
…cultivating wonder
…listening for insight
…crafting intentions
What is your refund policy?
In the case of life emergencies and schedule conflicts, we can offer a refund (minus any irretrievable processing fees) up to 24 hours before the series starts.
